Wing Snob was born out of a simple but powerful obsession: the perfect chicken wing. Back in 2012, founder Marcus Webb was tired of settling for mediocre wings at generic sports bars in Lansing. He believed that wings deserved the same respect as any gourmet dish — carefully selected ingredients, bold sauces crafted from scratch, and a dedication to getting every detail right.
What started as weekend cookouts for friends and family quickly turned into a neighborhood phenomenon. Word spread fast across East Saginaw Street — people were driving across town just for a taste of Marcus's original Honey Blaze and Smoky Hellfire sauces. By early 2013, the demand was too great to ignore.
